Vocal Massage Therapy

Vocal Massage is the vocalists equivalent of a Sports Massage for athletes. Vocal Massage can be used as part of the treatment of rehabilitation for vocal pathology, this can be from any dysfunction such as Muscle Tension Dysphonia (MTD), Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJ) or even Nodules.

If you are experiencing jaw pain, headaches, teeth grinding, difficulty in swallowing or opening your mouth, you may have been recommended to seek treatment. 

Issues can occur as a result of stress, anxiety, physical and mental trauma, poor posture, and repetitive or overuse of certain neck, shoulder and jaw muscles.
